Oil Spill Response Training
- This course instructs participants in the practices and procedures for containing and recovering oil on waterways.
- It is designed for personnel who are or may be involved in inland oil spill prevention and cleanup.
- Morning will be spent in the classroom learning cleanup and containment methods, the afternoon will be on Flathead Lake conducting hands-on exercises with spill recovery materials.
- This opportunity is provided by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT), Division of Environmental Protection
